Avermectin B1a组分高产菌株的诱变育种

【西药学科研论文】 作者:任超 马王向坡 李宝库 路新利【关键词】 Avermectin,B1a组分;,诱变;,效价;,高产菌株 摘要: 目的 了解avermectin产生菌S.avermitilis的生长特性,提高产生菌B1a组分的产量。方法 采用紫外线、诱变剂亚硝基胍并结合甲硫氨酸诱变等手段对出发菌株S.avermitilis N56进行诱变处理,初筛、复筛。结果 筛选获得总效价达到45258μg/ml的高产除虫链霉菌突变株A3,B1a比例提高到560%。结论 采用紫外线及亚硝基胍诱变方法,结合甲硫氨酸诱变筛选,与出发菌株相比可以获得avermectin总效价及B1a组分显著提高的菌株。 关键词: Avermectin B1a组分; 诱变; 效价; 高产菌株 ABSTRACT Objective To study the characteristics of avermectin producing strains and improve avermectin B1ayield of Streptomyces avermitilis. Method UV and NTG were used as mutagens to treat the original strain N56 as well as methionine as inducer. Results The highyield avermectin strain A3 with avermectin total titer up to 45258 μg/ml was obtained, the ratio of avermectin B1awas increased to 560%.
