精浆α-糖苷酶和酸性磷酸酶活性与顶体酶活性关系

【西药科研论文】作者：辛暨丽 刘睿智 韩淑梅 薛百功 王忠山 【摘要】 目的 研究 精子顶体酶活性与精浆α-糖苷酶和酸性磷酸酶活性的关系。 方法 分光光度比色法测定精子顶体酶、酸性磷酸酶和α-1，4糖苷酶活性。 结果 精浆α-糖苷酶和酸性磷酸酶活性异常组顶体酶活性均明显低于其相应正常组（P<0.001，P<0.001）。顶体酶活性与精浆α-糖苷酶活性、酸性磷酸酶活性之间存在明显正相关（P<0.001，P<0.001）。 结论 精浆α-糖苷酶和酸性磷酸酶活性 影响 精子顶体酶活性。

【Abstract】 Objective In order to study the relationship between seminal plasma alpha-1，4glycosidase ac-tivity，acid phosphatase activity and sperm acrosin activity.Methods The activities of alpha-1，4glycosidase，acid phosphatase and sperm acrosin were determined by spectrophotometer.Results The sperm acrosin activity in normal alpha-1，4glycosidase activity and acid phosphatase activity group was higher than those in abnormal group（P<0.001，P<0.001）.Significant positive
