天然茯苓和液体发酵茯苓质量标准的研究

【西药学本科毕业论文】作者:李羿, 万德光, 钟世红, 李晨【摘要】 液体发酵茯苓为采用现代发酵工程技术生产的一种新型发酵中药。2005年版中国药典茯苓的质量标准尚不完善。笔者在粉末显微特征、三萜类化合物、多糖、灰分和氨基酸含量等方面,对液体发酵茯苓和天然茯苓展开研究,建立其质量标准,为其质量控制打下基础。 【关键词】 天然茯苓; 液体发酵茯苓; 质量标准 【Abstract】 The liquid fermented Poria cocos is a new type of fermented traditional Chinese medicine produced by modern fermentation technology.The standard of Poria cocos is not perfect in Chinese Pharmacopeia(2005).We studied the microscopic characteristics,terpenoids,polysaccharides,ash and amino acids content of natural Poria cocos and liquid fermented Poria cocos.Thus,the standards of natural Poria cocos and liquid fermented Poria cocos were established,which provided a basis for its quality control. 【Key words】 natural Poria cocos;liquid fermented Poria cocos;quality standard 茯苓为多孔菌科真菌茯苓Poria cocos(Schw.)
