羧甲基壳聚糖人参总皂苷脂质体透皮效率研究及药效学初步考察

【西药论文】【摘要】 目的 考察人参总皂苷脂质体在羧甲基壳聚糖环境下的透皮效率以及对皮肤癌治疗的有效性。方法 使用改良Franz扩散池法测定透皮效率，以化学诱导皮肤癌的小鼠为药效学实验对象。结果 羧甲基壳聚糖对人参总皂苷透皮效率的影响通过两小样本t检验计算，P<0.05;以上两因素对于小鼠皮肤癌的作用组间比较采用配对t检验，P<0.05。结论 羧甲基壳聚糖对人参总皂苷脂质体透皮效率的促进有统计学意义;羧甲基壳聚糖和人参总皂苷的混合物对小鼠皮肤癌有效。

Abstract：Objective To study transdermal efficiency and pharmacodynamics of ginseng con-saponin liposome.Methods By using the method of modified Franz diffusion cell to test transdermal efficiency of the liposome of total ginsenoside in the environment of Chitosan, with mice suffering from skin cancer as the sample. Results The effect of rboxymethyl chitosan on total ginsenoside transdermal efficiency was tested and calculated by two small samplest, P<0.05，the effect of the two factors mentioned above on skin cancer in mice groups was tested by comparing between different groups or by Fisher exact test, P<0.05.
