不同连接比例叶酸偶联壳聚糖的制备

【免费西医学论文】作者:赵颖,杨琰,卢实,张红菱【摘要】 目的 叶酸与壳聚糖偶联,并制备不同连接比例的叶酸偶联壳聚糖。方法 通过叶酸活性酯与壳聚糖上的氨基反应,制得叶酸偶联壳聚糖;采用红外光谱法验证偶联是否成功,紫外分光光度法测定每个壳聚糖上连接叶酸的量。结果 叶酸偶联壳聚糖红外光谱图表明,叶酸与壳聚糖成功偶联,并制备了每个壳聚糖上连接叶酸的量大致为3个、10个、20个、30个的叶酸偶联壳聚糖。结论 叶酸与壳聚糖成功偶联,并成功制备了不同连接比例的叶酸偶联壳聚糖。 【关键词】 叶酸;壳聚糖;偶联;基因治疗 ABSTRACT: Objective To couple folate with chitosan and prepare folatecoupled chitosan by different connection ratio. Methods The folatecoupled chitosan was prepared by the reaction of the activated folate ester with the amine group on the chitosan. Then the folatecoupled chitosan was verified by infrared spectroscopy. The number of folates in each of the chitosans was measured by UV spectrophotometry. Results Infrared spectroscopy showed that the folatecoupled chitosan was prepared successfully, and the number of folates in each chitosan was approximately 3, 10, 20 and 30.
