人胎儿和新生儿小脑皮质分子层和颗粒层细胞发育的体视学分析

【药学论文参考文献】作者:符皎荣,吴志虹,何忠平,张彦慧,洪灯,郑小桃钟南田,蓝永洪,林世珍【摘要】 目的:探讨人胎儿和新生儿小脑皮质发育的变化规律。方法:应用体视学方法对30例6~10月龄胎儿及6例新生儿小脑皮质分子层细胞、内颗粒层细胞密度、尺寸和分布参数进行观测。结果:小脑皮质分子层细胞的平均体积、平均自由程均逐龄增大,体密度、数密度、表面积密度、核体密度则逐龄减小,但足月胎儿和新生儿期相对恒定;内颗粒层细胞的体密度、数密度、表面积密度、平均体积逐龄增大,核体密度和平均自由程均逐龄减小,7~8月期间变化较明显。结论:胎儿小脑皮质分子层细胞的迁移、增值和分化在出生前、后基本完成,颗粒层细胞出生后仍持续,小脑皮质的发育在7~8月期间是重要时期。 【关键词】 小脑皮质;发育;体视学;胎儿;婴儿,新生 [ABSTRACT] Objective: To explore the development of cerebellar cortex of human fetal and newborn infants. Methods: The parameters of density, size and distribution of the molecular and granular layer cells of cerebellar cortex of 30 human fetuses (6-10 months old )and 6 newborn infants were studied with stereological methods.
